STARTERS
Love apple soup served with a warm baguette
Braised chicken terrine with a tomato chutney
Oxfordshire pudding served warm with a mache salad

MAINS
Sweetheart fillet
Marinated pork fillet served with a orange sauce
Grilled sea bass fillet
Served with celeriac puree and vegetable pistou
Baked vegetable loverís pot
Winter vegetables, rice and feta baked in the oven

DESSERTS
Adam and eve pudding
Served with clotted cream
Trio of chocolate
Baked chocolate mousse, bitter chocolate sorbet and a white chocolate marquise
Poached cider pears
Filled with a vanilla cream and served with cider syrup

To finish handmade truffles scented with vanilla, champagne and caramel to share for each couple
