Q. Does my room rate include breakfast?
Yes, unless you have booked on a ‘room only’ basis, your room rate will include both the Continental breakfast Buffet and a Full English breakfast.
TopQ. I am arriving early, can I store my Luggage?
Yes, if your room is ready we will check you in, otherwise we will happily store your luggage until your room is ready.
TopQ. I want to book a function, what facilities do you offer?
The Stream Bar & Restaurant is where we hold function. The Stream can cater for up to 100 guests for a sit down meal, or 150 guests for an evening reception.
TopQ. I would like to stay again, do I have to give all my details again?
No, our reservation system will recognise you from your previous stay.
TopQ. If I am early can I have Lunch?
Yes, you are welcome to take advantage of our facilities.
TopCheck in time is 2.00pm, however we will do our best to accommodate you should you arrive earlier.
TopQ. What time do I need to depart in the morning?
Check out time is 11.00am, late departures may be available and will be charged as a day stay rate.
TopQ. What type of Functions have you had in the past?
We have had many functions in the Stream Bar & Restaurant. Wedding Receptions, Christenings, Private Parties and even Funeral gatherings.
